Effective date: 8 September 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and ePic design s.r.o. (“we”, “us”), established in the Slovak Republic, for use of Enduvio.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Enduvio.
1. The service
Enduvio helps endurance athletes plan fueling for running, trail, and road cycling. You can save an athlete profile, choose a course (catalog race, distance, or GPX upload), and generate a stage-by-stage plan and printable card. The service is currently offered free of charge and without a subscription. We may change features, availability, or pricing later.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us at contact@enduvio.com if you think someone else is using it. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is abusive or unlawful.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything unlawful or to harm others.
- Probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or bypass rate limits or security.
- Upload malware or content you do not have the right to use (including GPX files).
- Scrape, copy, or resell the service except as allowed by law.
- Misrepresent Enduvio output as medical or professional advice.
4. Not medical or nutrition advice
Plans, notes, and race cards are educational planning tools. They are not medical, dietetic, or coaching advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Endurance fueling can involve health risks. You are responsible for how you train, race, eat, and drink, including decisions about carbohydrates, fluids, sodium, and supplements. Consult a physician or sports dietitian before changing your fueling, especially if you have a medical condition. Use the plans at your own risk.
5. Race data and third-party marks
Catalog race information is unofficial and for planning only. Distances, elevation, aid stations, cut-offs, and supplies can change. Confirm details against the organizer’s race book. Race names and marks belong to their owners. Enduvio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to those organizers unless we say so explicitly.
6. Your content
You retain rights in the profile data, GPX files, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service (including weather lookup, maps, and optional AI notes). You represent that you have the right to upload it.
7. Our intellectual property
Enduvio, including software, design, copy, and generated plan layouts, is owned by ePic design s.r.o. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the service and to print or export your own plans for personal training and racing. You may not copy the product, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use our marks without permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Enduvio available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Weather, maps, AI notes, and third-party race data may be incomplete or unavailable. Optional features such as Google sign-in or Gemini notes depend on those providers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ePic design s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or race outcomes, arising from your use of Enduvio or reliance on a plan. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the Slovak Republic, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction, except that you may also bring consumer claims in your country of residence where the law requires.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you continue to use the service after an update, you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using Enduvio and ask us to delete your account.
